ORG Franciacorta
The building was obtained from the renovation of a former railway depot from the end of the 19th century. There is a bistrot with kitchen, lodgings and rooms, a shop offering local products and a bicycle rental service. We wanted to maintain an “industrial” style by combining wood and iron with the aim of enhancing the past linked to the historic railway, which today is the subject of an ambitious development plan by Ferrovie Turistiche Italiane.
ORG Franciacorta is located in Paratico, a town in Franciacorta, 100 metres from Lake Iseo, 300 metres from the important historic centre of Sarnico, with the convenience of 2 adjacent parking spaces (one free and one paid) and 7 km from the junction of the A4 motorway (Palazzolo exit).
The cuisine adopts the “think global, eat local” philosophy, a way of eating and enjoying the food produced or processed in the area where the owners have decided to live. The dishes enhance the excellences produced by the lake and the land of Franciacorta, important collaborations with local producers, allow our guests to savor the excellence in the dishes prepared by our Chef.
Due to its size, space and characteristics, the structure also lends itself to private events, such as parties and celebrations and, during the summer, the large outdoor area becomes a much sought-after place for brunches and aperitifs.
