As part of the Crystallino’s 4th Theater Season, the show “A metà strada. Storia di giraffa e pinguino” will be performed at the Crystal Theater in Lovere on Sunday 21 February 2027, at 3:00 PM. The play, starring Roberto Capaldo and Jessica Leonello, is a Teatro del Buratto production, directed by Capaldo and Leonello.

In a faraway place lives a giraffe who can’t sit down, knows no one, and feels alone. She decides to send a message to the wind, sending a letter to the first creature that receives it. The letter reaches an “inventor” penguin who dreams of flying. The two decide to meet “halfway.” But what does a giraffe look like? Penguin has never seen one. And what does a penguin look like? Giraffe doesn’t know. All that’s left is to imagine his friend. Thus, through a hilarious exchange of letters, they will finally be able to recognize and find each other: their differences initially discourage and divide them, but with a little persistence, they will discover that their differences are not just an obstacle, but an opportunity to change their perspective and reshape their outlook on things. Both will then be ready to meet anyone else who wants to be found… halfway.
