In this section you can consult and download the Municipal and Provincial ordinances for the closure of roads and paths in occasion of parties, festivals or natural disasters:
MUNICIPALITY OF LOVERE
Work begins on Via Nazionale:
On October 19, 2026, ANAS SpA will begin consolidation and safety work on the retaining wall and road structure on Via Nazionale between km 61+00 and km 61+800 (Hotel Continental area).
The section affected by the works will have alternating one-way traffic, regulated by a traffic light system.
It is recommended, where possible, to use existing alternative roads:
– SS42 section towards Costa Volpino;
– Via San Francesco, Via San Maurizio;
– Via Bergamo (which for this reason will remain two-way).
The municipal administration will be responsible for maintaining timely discussions with ANAS SpA and informing of any new developments regarding the work, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of January 2027.

MUNICIPALITY OF MARONE
CLOSURE OF SECTION OF THE CYCLE-PEDESTRIAN PATH BETWEEN VELLO AND TOLINE.
Due to a landslide that occurred on September 19, 2026, along the Vello-Toline cycle/pedestrian path, the Mayor of Marone issued an order closing a section (between km 2+400 and km 2+800).

To ensure the full safety and security of all, closure and a ban on transit are ordered until the situation is fully restored.
MUNICIPALITY OF RIVA DI SOLTO – MUNICIPALITY OF FONTENO
The round walk of the panchina gigante di Riva di Solto-Fonteno has been reopened following the damage caused by bad weather; however, please be aware that there are large logs and branches on either side of the sections that were previously blocked.

The Bogn area is currently inaccessible due to redevelopment work in the area.

MUNICIPALITY OF MONTICELLI BRUSATI
Please be advised that, from September, 29th 2026 until further notice, the municipal road linking the hamlet of Gaina di Monticelli Brusati to the municipality of Polaveno has been immediately closed to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic at the point where the rockfall protection net is located.
This measure has become necessary due to the presence of large boulders trapped by the net and the potential risk of further rockfalls.

TORBIERE DEL SEBINO NATURAL RESERVE
In order to combine the protection of the area with a conscious and responsible use, the elimination of the internal cycle path (which passed on the South Route of the Reserve) and the establishment of the prohibition of access to bicycles have been arranged. Acknowledging the project “Ciclovia Culturale Brescia-Bergamo tratto bresciano”, the bike path is moved to the area outside the Reserve.
Visitors are kindly informed that, starting July 18th, 2026, the central trail of the Torbiere del Sebino Nature Reserve will be only partially accessible.
To ensure maximum safety, access will be permitted exclusively on the section that can be traversed safely, while the remaining portion will be temporarily closed to the public.
