Yoga in Gioco!

On Saturday, September 19th, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, in the park next to the Chiesetta degli Alpini in Iseo, the last session of “Yoga in Gioco!” will take place.
This event is designed for children ages 6 to 11 and offers a fun and natural way to discover yoga through games, creative activities, and outdoor movement.
For the session, please bring: a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water to drink.
Admission is free, but registration is required.
