On Friday, October 30^th, at 9:00 pm, the Ferrini Auditorium in Sarnico will host an event as part of the “Fiato ai Libri” series, dedicated to one of the most famous 19th-century British literary works: Emily Brontë’s “Wuthering Heights”.

On an autumn night, a specter in search of redemption haunts the grounds of Wuthering Heights—it is Catherine, returning once more to Heathcliff. The performance unfolds a familiar tale in which love strives to survive amidst obsessions, deep-seated resentment, and the curse of social injustice.

Narrator: Marika Pensa
Guitar and sequencer: Omar Nedjari

The performance will be introduced by Stefania Consonni, Associate Professor of Literary Criticism and Comparative Literature in the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at the University of Bergamo.
