Baked Tench Week

Clusane d’Iseo’s O.T.C. with its associates proposes the fortieth edition of the Baked Tench Week, a typical dish of the village of Clusane d’Iseo.
From July 15th to July 25th, it will be possible to taste the most famous lake fish in Brescia’s area restaurants associated with the O.T.C. The menu includes baked tench with polenta, dessert, coffee, mineral water and half a bottle of wine at a cost of 24 euros per person.
Furthermore, on Saturday 17th and Saturday 24th July, from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm on Clusane’s lake promenade, the “A Filo d’Acqua” market will take place, a market exhibition dedicated to local artistic and creative crafts.
