The photo exhibition entitled “Vittorio Fusari:la rivoluzione attraverso il cibo” is scheduled from Saturday, February 12th to Sunday, April 3rd at the Oldofredi Castle’s Gallery in Iseo.

The inauguration will take place on Saturday, February 12th at 10 am in the Auditorium Hall of the Oldofredi Castle in Iseo. The exhibition commemorates the great chef from Iseo, who made his town and Franciacorta known far beyond national borders and significantly marked the world of Italian gastronomy.

Moreover, the event is accompanied by a food and wine itinerary that involves not only the realities of Iseo, but extends to the whole Franciacorta and to other restaurants in Lombardy that wanted to join the initiative in honour of Vittorio Fusari, by putting in their own menu a dish linked to the chef’s idea of cuisine.

The exhibition will be open on the following days and times: from Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays from 10 am to 12 pm and from 2 to 6 pm. Closed on Wednesday morning.
