Flour and potatoes: tradition of Bossico’s bread-making – workshop

On Thursday, August 11th at 8 am at Casa Cocchetti in Bossico it will be possible to participate in the experiential workshop on the tradition of Bossico’s bread-making, as part of the project Terre Alte del Sebino Settentrionale .
The experience includes the preparation of the dough, a guided tour of the village of Bossico, and a tasting of freshly baked bread accompanied by typical local products.
Paid event (€ 10 per person), upon reservation.
