From Saturday 7th to 22nd October, Prolago organizes The 19th “Wild Boar Festival” in Sulzano. This autumn the appointment awaited by fans of culinary traditions, folklore, and local gastronomy lasts 2 weeks and sees the participating restaurants grappling with proposals for ad hoc and personalized menù based on wild boar in line with their gastronomic identity.
