From Friday, October 25th to Sunday, October 27th in Iseo, the XXIV Assemblea Nazionale and the XIX National Festival of Small Italian Communes will be held, organized by ANPCI (“Associazione Nazionale Piccoli Comuni d’Italia”) under the support of the Lombardy Region, the Province of Brescia and the Municipality of Iseo.

Following is the program of the event:

Friday, October 25th

• 2:00 pm – Reception of participants and accreditation at Istituto Antonietti, Via Paolo VI, 3 Iseo;
• 2:45 pm – Opening remarks. Greetings by the Mayor, Riccardo Venchiarutti; Report of the National President A.N.P.C.I., Franca Biglio; Greetings from the Authorities. Moderated by Senator Advisor to the Minister of PA, Marco Perosino;
• 5:30 pm – Debate “The Mayors’ Word” moderated by Francesco Cerisano, ItaliaOggi journalist;
• 7:00 pm – Statutory Compliance;
• 8:30 pm – Social Dinner;
• 10:00 pm – Passing Ceremony of the Key of the Small Municipalities of Italy from the Mayor of Scarnafigi (CN) to the Mayor of Iseo (BS).

Saturday, October 26th

• 10:00 am – 3rd Literary Prize Edition at Oldofredi Castle, Via Mirolte, Iseo;
• 1:00 pm – Refreshments;
• 2:30 pm – Boat trip on Lake Iseo or optional guided tour of Franciacorta wineries;
• 8:00 pm – Dinner.

Sunday, October 27th

• 10:30 am – Holy Mass;
• 1:00 pm – Farewell refreshment.
