From Saturday, May 31st to Monday, June 2nd, in Via Dante Alighieri in Iseo, as part of the exhibition market BontàLago, will be set up the “Cittadella dell’Olio”, a market area dedicated to producers of oil on Lake Iseo and Valcamonica. During the three days of the event, there will also be several show cookings to promote the culture of olive oil, with the following appointments:

• SATURDAY MAY 31ST, 11 AM

Organized by “La Dama sul Lago” of Marone

Menu: Ricotta and lemon raviolini with Sebino evo oil, dried sardine from the lake and aromatic crumble.

• SUNDAY JUNE 1ST, 10 AM

Organized by the Group Aglio e Oglio

Menu: Garlic and Oglio spaghetti and whitefish roe, with Garlic and Oglio emulsion and siphon pepper.

• SUNDAY JUNE 1ST, 5 PM

Snack with olive oil ice cream.

The project is carried out in collaboration with the Comunità Montana del Sebino Bresciano, Coldiretti and GAL Sebino Valle Camonica.

Within the “Cittadella dell’Olio” three workshops for children will be organized by the cultural music association Molly’s Kitchen. Here below the schedule:

“The olive tree”: Creative workshop with mosaic.

• SUNDAY JUNE 1ST, 14:00-16:00

“Olive and oil”: Creative workshop with watercolor.

• MONDAY JUNE 2ND, 10:00-12:00

“Olive green”: Creative and material workshop.
