The Pro Loco Sovere is organizing the traditional “Sagra del baccalà” for Friday 29 and Saturday 30 August 2025, that will take place at Parco Silvestri.

Event programme:

Friday 29/08:
– 7.45 pm: opening of food stand and bar;
– 9.00 pm: evening of music and dancing with Luigi e la sua fisarmonica DUO;

Saturday 30/08:
– 7.30 pm: opening of food stand and bar;
– 9.00 pm: live music with Rock’n Rosa.

Every evening will be served Vicenza-style cod with polenta, stewed cod (tomato and olives) with polenta, cod in salad with beans, trio of cod (the three specialities) with polenta.

Furthermore, pasta with seafood, Bergamo-style casoncelli, fried calamari with chips, sliced ​​with rocket, strinù and much more will be served.
