On the last Friday of July, a new appointment with “Un’ estate di sere incantate”, the summer exhibition of the Tadini Gallery, for an after-hours visit to the collection.
The kind public will participate in a unique cultural experience that combines theater and art: “Quel che le tele non dicono”, a dramatized visit accompanied by the participation of the professional actress Sabrina Dordoni, who will guide the public in a lively and passionate story.
The event takes place inside the Museo dell’800, on the suggestive second floor of Palazzo Tadini, and offers a narrative path dedicated to one of the most beloved protagonists of the collection: the great romantic painter Francesco Hayez. Thanks to the interaction between the actress and one of the museum’s educators, the public will be able to immerse themselves in the history and works of the Master, rediscovering his art in a new and engaging light. Starting from a personal and fascinating story, the deep bond between Hayez and his niece Carlotta Martinolli, a central figure in this narration, is discovered. Through letters and anecdotes, we will learn about the special relationship with Carlotta, who became the wife of Enrico Banzolini from Lovere, and we will give voice to an intimate and familiar dimension of the artist. At the end of the dramatized visit, the public will be accompanied to the exhibition “Ospiti/3 – Francesco Hayez. Imelda e Giulietta eroine romantiche”, an exhibition that highlights the painter’s masterpieces linked to two emblematic female figures of romantic literature, Imelda and Juliet. The exhibition represents an unmissable opportunity to admire up close the sensitivity and talent of Hayez, the undisputed protagonist of Italian Romanticism. This initiative is ideal for all lovers of art and history, but also for those who want to live a different cultural experience, capable of exciting and involving thanks to the power of theatrical narration.
