Pisogne – A Fairytale of Lights 

Throughout the month of December, Pisogne lights up and comes alive with a rich calendar of events dedicated to the most magical time of the year.
The switching on of the Christmas lights on December, 8th, officially opens the festivities, followed by theatrical and musical performances inspired by the tale of Pinocchio, creative workshops for children, and entertainment for the whole family.

At the weekend of December 12th, 13th, and 14th, the Santa Claus Village comes to life, featuring themed markets and installations throughout the old town, lovingly arranged by local volunteers. The programme also includes Christmas concerts, animated readings at the library, and traditional performances such as those of the zampognari (bagpipe players).

The surrounding hamlets also join the celebration with tree-lighting events, music, nativity scenes, and activities for the community.
