Charity Risotto Dinner

On Friday, December 19th, at 8:30 pm, in the canteen premises in Via Nigoline di Adro, the “Charity Risotto Dinner” will be held, organized by the Crescere Assieme Social Cooperative.
The menu for the evening costs €40 per person and includes: cacio and pepe risotto; pumpkin, sausage, and thyme risotto; apple, pancetta, and maple syrup risotto; beetroot and beef fondue risotto; semifreddo with mascarpone Bavarian cream and red fruit jelly, wine, and water.
The proceeds from the evening will be donated to the volunteers of the Adro Ambulance Group for the purchase of a stretcher.
