Inside the exclusive Montecolo Country Club residence, our delightful 30-square-meter studio apartment, beautifully renovated and designed for comfort down to the smallest detail, offers you the opportunity to relax and enjoy all the amenities offered by the residence, including a swimming pool, tennis court, private lakefront lawn, and docks for diving into the water. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a sweet welcome gift for breakfast, and a courtesy kit for the bathroom.
The bathroom has a shower and window, a leather sofa (not a sofa bed), a smart TV with Netflix access, and free Wi-Fi.
The double bed is suspended; if you have difficulty climbing the ladder or are afraid of heights, this is not the apartment for you.
Outside, a private balcony with a view of the lake and mountains is perfect for unforgettable al fresco meals.
A swimming cap is mandatory in the pool; if you don’t have your own, two are available in the apartment.
We provide bath towels and bed sheets, and for longer stays, we offer a change after 5 days.
The Montecolo residence is just 4 km from the ferry terminal for Montisola and is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Lake Iseo.
