Meeting “Formaggi di Lombardia” – Voci dal Territorio

Wednesday, May 6th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Accademia Symposium in Rodengo Saiano, the meeting “Formaggi di Lombardia – La modernità che trova spunto nella tradizione” will be held with Aurelio Marco Ghisalberti, Alvaro Ravasio e Bruno Gritti.
The meeting, dedicated to Lombardy cheese, is part of the “Voci dal Territorio – Storie, Mestieri e Prodotti della Lombardia Agroalimentare” series, designed to discover the excellence of our region.
The evening will conclude with a tasting of the products discussed during the presentation and an aperitif.
