Located just outside the historic center, you’ll be surrounded by alleys, bars, and the lakefront in just two minutes; upon your return, peace and comfort await.
Pharmacies, bakeries, and supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away: here, you can truly forget about your car. On the first floor (with elevator): double bedroom, modern bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine, and a bright living area with fast Wi-Fi, TV, table for four, and a sofa bed (18 cm high mattress). The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and dishes. Fresh spaces and colorful accents create a simple and relaxing atmosphere. Plus: large terrace with two armchairs and a coffee table (perfect for breakfast or aperitifs).
