Non-competitive walk “Camminando con Castro…insieme per la vita”

On Tuesday 2 June 2026, the historic non-competitive walk “Camminando con Castro e gli amici della Dea” will take place.
The route winds its way from the town’s historic centre up to Mount Cerrete, giving visitors the chance to see the beauty of the lake and the stunning natural views from above.
Programme:
– 07:30: registration at the small square in front of the Town Hall (Salvador Allende square);
– 09:00: start, accompanied by the Castro band;
– 11:00: start of the prize-giving ceremony;
– 12:30: sports lunch at the Castro parish hall.
Registration fee: € 5,00.
