Memorial Stoppani
31 August – 1 September, Lovere and Marone
If you love aviation and history, this event is for you!
In Lovere, one of “I Borghi più Belli d’Italia” (The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy), on 31 August and for the first time this year also in Marone on 1 September, a breathtaking show with aerobatic aerial displays, exhibitions of historical and modern aircraft, and many other activities for the whole family. Sale in Zucca - Festival della tradizione locale
6-8 September, Sale Marasino
A lively festival dedicated to local tradition; it takes place in Sale Marasino on the first weekend of September.
During these days, the village comes alive with musical events, entertainment for young and old, workshops to discover farming traditions, tastings and pumpkin-based menus in local restaurants.
On Sunday afternoon, the farmers’ challenge is to award the pumpkin with the most significant weight.

23 – 28 September, Lovere
Inaugurated for the first time 19 years ago, cortoLovere is one of Italy’s oldest short film festivals. Every year, some of the leading figures in the Italian film scene come to Lake Iseo.
This edition’s guests include director and screenwriter Riccardo Milani, author of the docufilm winner of the Nastro d’Argento 2024 as Best Documentary ‘Cinema, entertainment, culture’ ‘Io, noi e Gaber’, together with Roberta Torre, Michela Andreozzi, Giancarlo Basili, Valentina Valentini and Marco Buticchi.
Festa del Fungo e della Castagna
27-29 September, Pisogne
Do you feel like breathing in some autumn air and tasting the flavours of the new season? The Mushroom and Chestnut Festival in Pisogne is the perfect occasion for a weekend of good food and local traditions! The old town centre is filled with stands selling typical local products and zero-kilometre delicacies for three days.
In between tastings, you can enjoy theatre shows, live concerts and performances by street artists. If you love discovering genuine traditions in an authentic context, this event is for you!
