The 1st Tavernola Time Triathlon will be held on Saturday, July 19th in Tavernola Bergamasca.

COURSES
Swimming Course
It begins on the shore in front of the La Sirena restaurant. From there, participants complete a 750-meter triangle in a counterclockwise direction (buoys on the left) to return to the starting point.

Cycling Course
It consists of two 10.5-km laps with approximately 300 meters of total elevation gain. Exiting the transition area, participants take a 2.5-km climb at a 6% gradient. Immediately afterward, a steep descent, requiring careful consideration, leads to the lakeside promenade. Continue towards Riva di Solto, keeping left (going against traffic). After about 2 km along the lakeside promenade, participants enter a tunnel, at the end of which is the turning point. Participants return to Tavernola Bergamasca along the lakeside promenade, bypassing the climb. Participants pass in front of the transition area to begin the second lap.

Running Course
Two laps for a total of 5km, almost entirely on the road that runs along Lake Iseo. The first section runs through the historic center of Tavernola Bergamasca, then joins the road towards Predore. After 1.25km, the halfway point returns to Tavernola Bergamasca. Once in the town, there is a junction with signage to begin the second lap or enter the finish line.
