From Saturday 9th to 31st October, Prolago organizes The Wild Boar Festival in Sulzano. This autumn the appointment awaited by fans of culinary traditions, folklore, and local gastronomy lasts 3 weeks and sees the participating restaurants grappling with proposals for ad hoc and personalized menù based on wild boar in line with their gastronomic identity.
