Bakery workshop

On Sunday, August 6th in Bossico there will be a bakery workshop for making the flour and potatoes bread typical of the Bossico tradition.
The program includes:
– meeting at 9 am at the Cocchetti house in Via Marconi, 13 Bossico (BG)
– dough preparation
– visit of the village
– turning on the oven and preparing to bake the bread
– tasting of freshly baked bread accompanied by typical local product
