On Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September 2026, the extraordinary opening of the Tadini Chapel with free admission returns.

The event will take place at the Chapel of the Accademia with entrance in via Tadini 40 in Lovere from 8:00pm until 11:00pm.

Free admission. No reservations.

The Tadini Chapel is once again opening its doors for special evening viewings with free admission on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 September. Located in the center of the Palazzo Tadini courtyard, the family chapel houses a marble sculpture created by Antonio Canova between September 1819 and April 1821 in memory of his friend Faustino, who passed away in December 1799 at the age of just twenty-five. The warm, diffused glow of candlelight will envelop the artwork, creating an intimate and evocative atmosphere—much like the one experienced by the sculptor and Count Tadini themselves over two hundred years ago.
