On Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 8:30 pm at the Civic Cultural Center on Via del Cantiere at the Porto Turistico in Lovere, a conference curated by Danilo Ragni will be held, entitled “Lake Iseo and.. sport” – weather, thunderstorms, and global warming.

A meeting to find out how global warming is changing the climate and atmospheric phenomena. We will understand how disturbances and thunderstorms arise, how to recognize them and how to behave safely in the mountains, at the lake and at sea. We will talk about the typical winds of our lake, the currents and the water temperature in the seasons. Next up: questions, curiosities, and stories about the history of lake sailing, from our grandparents to today’s sailing.
