On Monday 23rd September, from 7pm to 10 pm, “Cooking Night” will be held in Piazza 28 Maggio in Sulzano with the renowned Chef Andrea Mainardi, as a preview for the 20th Wild Boar Festival.

The event includes a contest between local restaurateurs who prepare a special dish based on wild boar and live cooking with Chef Mainardi who will present his version. The public will be responsible for deciding which restaurant will win the contest.
