From Honey to Truffles – A Journey Through the Flavors of the Forest

On Saturday 16 May, Castro will host a day dedicated to the flavours of honey and truffles, in the company of the Knights of the Truffle and Potato.
Programme:
– 09:30: meet at Via del Serro;
– 10:00: guided tour of the beehives with a tasty tasting session and aperitif at the farmhouse;
– 10:00: educational workshop for children organised by the Social Services Committee of the Municipality of Castro;
– 11:00: guided tour of the Cerrete truffle ground;
– 12:00: outdoor lunch in the company of the Knights of the Truffle.
