Festa del Pane di Patate 2024

On Saturday, August 3rd and Sunday, August 4th in Bossico the “Potato Bread Festival” will take place.
It is a food and wine festival to discover the past and its traditions with the opening of the old wood-burning ovens in the courtyards of the historic center and the bread-making of the traditional potato bread, the result of a specific recipe handed down to this day: flour, water, salt, yeast and…boiled potatoes!
In the restaurants, on Saturday and Sunday, typical traditional dishes accompanied by potato bread.
