Festival del Pesce Povero
From Friday 6 May 2022 to Sunday 8 May 2022
The first edition of the “Festival del Pesce Povero” will take place from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th May in Clusane d’Iseo. The initiative aims to celebrate fish species that are apparently less valuable than others but, if well worked and cooked, can be the protagonists of excellent dishes.
The event program includes meetings, conferences, tastings and show cooking. In addition, the participating restaurants will offer special menus dedicated to poor fish: chub, carp and crucian carp will accompany the most famous traditional dishes such as baked tench with polenta and golden perch.
On Sunday, May 8th there will also be the “Sagra del Pesce Fritto” (Fried Fish Festival).

Last update May 8th, 2022: the “A Filo d’Acqua” market has been cancelled due to bad weather conditions.
