Fit&Music Walk

The “Fit & Music” walk is scheduled on Thursday, August 25th from 7.15 pm on Lungolago Marconi in Iseo.
The meeting is scheduled at 7.15 pm at the lilac houses, located at the beginning of the lakefront (in front of Piazza Gabriele Rosa) on the occasion of the Lavender Festival.
The walk, starting at 7.30 pm, includes a 4 km itinerary during which qualified instructors will propose simple exercises to be performed to the rhythm of music wearing wireless headphones.
