This year the XXV Edition of the National Expo of dairy products Franciacorta in Bianco will take place from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th October.  Three days immersed in the best of Italian dairy art, tastings, courses, and purchases.

The Franciacorta in Bianco event is known to the broad public as the most important annual expo of dairy products. Characterised by the almost exclusive presence of niche products, this event is aimed at the research and enhancement of the typical product and the maintenance of the traditions of the regions of production of historical-dairy products, as well as the dissemination of the culture of flavours in their ancient and authentic forms.
