Galà del Manzo all’Olio di Rovato

Saturday March 16th at 7.30 pm at the Foro Boario in Rovato the Gala del Manzo all’Olio will be held.
The menu includes:tasting of salumi from the Norcini Bresciani Association of Rovato, traditional casoncelli, Rovato’s beef cooked with oil DE.CO. and polenta from San Carlo Grani’s farm, dessert, grappa tasting, water, Curtefranca wine and coffee.
