The Olympic flame arrives in Sarnico

On Saturday, January 17th, the Olympic Torch Relay will also stop in Sarnico, a symbolic event marking the arrival in Italy of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
The Flame, lit in Olympia, Greece, will travel over 12,000 kilometers through Italy, passing through 78 municipalities in Lombardy and five UNESCO sites, for a total of 63 days of travel and 12,000 km across Italy.
The torch will pass through Sarnico and Paratico at 3:10 pm and 4:03 pm, then continue towards Brescia, Desenzano, Trentino, and Veneto, before returning to Lombardy at the end of January and arriving in Milan on February 6.
