Reviews:
«It introduces readers young and old to the power and danger of software. Behind all this there is a background of ethics of sharing knowledge on which the arc of human history rides” – Vint Cerf, computer scientist and one of the inventors of the Internet
“I love this book and I love that it can be shared, translated and adapted easily because it is freely licensed under a Creative Commons (BY-SA) license” – Lawrence Lessig, founder of Creative Commons
«Ada & Zangemann brings very current and technically relevant topics to children» – Catharina Maracke, President of the Board of Directors, Open Source Initiative
“Software freedom is a critical component of having technology we can rely on as a society, and it’s never too early to know why it’s so important. I can’t wait to read this book to my children!” – Karen Sandler, Executive Director, Software Freedom Conservancy
The book “Ada & Zangemann” was donated to the Civic Library in December 2023.
