Lovere: Gift of Light. The municipal administration confirms the Borgo della luce project, enriching this initiative with many new features

The lighting of the facades of the buildings will follow the Advent calendar: starting from Saturday 30 November 2024 and for the three following Saturdays, a portion of the facades of the buildings will be illuminated, until the complete switching on of the artistic lighting on Saturday 21 December.
From 21 December 2024 to 6 January 2025, the projections can be admired every evening from 5:00 pm to approximately midnight.

The main novelty is the involvement of local artists: we are in fact aware that the projections can be an important showcase, because we strongly believe in those who donate their professionalism to the territory. A special thanks therefore to the three artists – Antonella Adamo, Clara Grassi and Martina Paletti – who created the graphics to tell us their idea of ​​Christmas with characters and calligraphic details that will embellish Palazzo Tadini, Piazza Garibaldi and Piazza Tredici Martiri until January 6, 2025.

Furthermore, the main Christmas symbols will return to the heart of our village, in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II: there will be the tree decorated by the children of the primary schools with recycled materials and the hut created by the scout group with the statues of the nativity made by the young people of the oratory. The lighting of the tree is scheduled for Saturday 30 November at 5:30 pm.

On the illumination front, the classic installations will be expanded and embellished with the lighting of the viale dei tigli to create a romantic and almost fairy-tale walk, in addition to the positioning of four giant gnomes in Piazza Tredici Martiri perfect for entertaining the little ones and capturing many memories!

Finally, every weekend there will be events organized in the main areas of the country, capable of involving all segments of the population.

The detailed calendar of the illuminations will be as follows:
• November 30th at 6:30 pm: main facade of Palazzo Tadini with projections by Martina Paletti;
• December 7th at 5:30 pm: buildings in Piazza Garibaldi with projections by Martina Paletti;
• December 14th at 5:30 pm: Piazza Tredici Martiri (buildings to the left of via Cavallotti) with projections by Clara Grassi;
• December 21st at 5:30 pm: Piazza Tredici Martiri (buildings to the right of via Cavallotti) with projections by Clara Grassi.
