”Lovere, the town of light” display

Every evening from 10 July to 12 September 2021, and the weekend from 13 September to 10 October 2021, spectacularly impressive illuminations through the projection of some of the most famous works of art of all time about dance on over 10,000 square feet of Lovere’s buildings.
The event takes place in the splendid amphitheater of Piazza Tredici Martiri, the Tadini Palace, Piazza Garibaldi and Piazza V. Emanuele II in the old town.
The 9th edition of the event will be dedicated to Carla Fracci, the recently deceased Italian dancer known and appreciated all over the world, a key figure in the history of dance and that of the Teatro alla Scala, a reference figure for the city of Milan and for all Italian culture. The fairytale story of the daughter of the tram driver who with talent, obstinacy and work becomes the most famous dancer in the world has inspired generations of young people, not only in the world of dance.
