The Consortium for the Conservation of Silter Cheese, in order to raise awareness of the cheese produced on the mountain pastures, promotes a series of appointments from July to September, in which the Alpine staff will be available to welcome adults and children who want to see how milk is transformed DOP Silter cheese. After the visits the will be a free tasting.
In order to better organize the reception and guarantee social distancing, reservations are required by directly contacting the cheesemakers.
Specifically, the open huts on Lake Iseo will be the “Malga Guglielmo” in Zone, open on 19/07 and 09/08, and the “Malga Foppella” in Pisogne (visits to be agreed with the cheesemaker).
