Meeting “Un Buon Salume Viene dalla Terra” – Voci dal Territorio

Wednesday, April 15th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the Accademia Symposium in Rodengo Saiano, the meeting “Un buon salume viene dalla terra – Suggestioni per una filiera responsabile” will be held with Lorenzo Berlendis, Silvano Palazzi and Luca Garavaglia.
The meeting, dedicated to Lombard charcuterie, is part of the “Voci dal Territorio – Storie, Mestieri e Prodotti della Lombardia Agroalimentare” series, designed to discover the excellence of our region.
The evening will conclude with a tasting of the products discussed during the presentation and an aperitif.
