On Thursday, December 18th, at 8:30 pm, the Municipal Library of Riva di Solto will host an evening dedicated to olive oil.
The initiative, supported by the Chambers of Commerce of Brescia, Bergamo, and Lecco-Como, in collaboration with AIPOL, will be a valuable opportunity for enthusiasts, producers, and curious individuals who want to better understand how good oil is made and the challenges faced by olive growers.
