For the month of August, the S. Stefano cinema, in Ome, is offering an open-air cinema festival. On Thursday 27th August, the movie Dopo il Matrimonio is scheduled.

“Isabel has dedicated most of her life to the children of an orphanage in Calcutta and for seven years she has become like a mother to little Jai, a vulnerable boy who has become deeply attached to her. The offer of a wealthy American company to finance the bankrupt orphanage forces her, however, to return to New York, where she has not set foot in more than twenty years. Here he meets Theresa, the multimillion-dollar tycoon who asked to meet her, but it immediately becomes clear that the woman is less interested in the orphanage than in getting to know Isabel better, so much so that she invites her to the wedding of her daughter Grace. Since that day, Isabel gradually becomes aware of a series of past and present secrets, destined to upset her life and that of everyone else.”

All the screenings will take place in the park of the former elementary schools, next to the cinema hall. Admission ticket is € 4. The screenings begin at 8.30 pm. The ticket office always opens 30 minutes before each show.

In case of bad weather, the screenings will take place indoors in the hall.
