Open Air Cinema – Onward
From Saturday 29 August 2020 to Sunday 30 August 2020 - h. 21:00
For the month of August, the S. Stefano cinema, in Ome, is offering an open-air cinema festival. On Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th August, the movie Onward is scheduled.
“In a fantasy universe that technological progress has made the same as ours, the elf Ian is a teenager like many others, awkward and unsure of himself. Mom Laurel and volcanic big brother Barley can’t completely fill the void left by the loss of the father before Ian was born, but for his 16th birthday, the boy receives a magical artefact that can bring him back to life for 24 hours. The spell only succeeds “halfway”, limiting itself to making the elf parent’s legs appear and projecting the two brothers towards an adventure against time to finally see their father’s face again.”
All the screenings will take place in the park of the former elementary schools, next to the cinema hall. Admission ticket is € 4. The screenings begin at 9.00 pm. The ticket office always opens 30 minutes before each show.
In case of bad weather, the screenings will take place indoors in the hall.
