On May, Tuesday 27^th, at 8:30 pm, the presentation of the book “Il destino di un bomber” by Giuseppe Sansonna will take place at the Pinacoteca Gianni Bellini in Sarnico.

The book tells the incredible life of Andrea Carnevale, former striker of the National team and protagonist of the Serie A of the 80s and 90s, who grew up in football between Zico and Maradona, his “brother for life”, with whom he shared the epic of the championship-winning Napoli.
But Carnevale’s is also a story of pain and rebirth: a childhood marked by family tragedies, the rise in professional football, the collapse between doping accusations and the legal cases from which he was completely exonerated, up to the rebirth as a talent scout for Udinese in the South of the world.

Giuseppe Sansonna is an author and director of Rai Cultura and a signature of the magazine Linus for the cinema section.
Alberto Albertini, artistic director of the Rinascimento Culturale festival, will be in conversation with the author.
