The event has been canceled

The Pro Loco of Sovere is organizing the traditional gastronomic walk called “Quàter bucù in di Bosch de Söer” on Sunday 31 May 2026.

The itinerary covers approximately 9 km, winding through the streets and woodland paths of the village in the scenic Val Borlezza. Refreshment stations will be set up along the trail, leading to a final dinner at Parco Silvestri featuring traditional polenta with wild boar, local cheese, dessert and coffee. A dedicated kids’ menu is also available.

The meetup is scheduled for 16:30 at the Proloco TensoStructure (Parco Silvestri).

Prices:
– people born before 2013: € 25,00;
– children born between 2014 and 2020: € 15,00;
– toddlers born after 2021: free;
– family discount: 10% off for parents traveling with their children.

Warnings:
– the walk will be confirmed only when 80 participants have been reached;
– given the type of route, suitable footwear and clothing are essential;
– children must be transported via baby carriers or backpacks, as the route is not suitable for strollers;
– in case of bad weather the event will be cancelled.

After the aperitif at “Località Filone” (the crossroads for Bossico), anyone who does not feel like continuing on foot can take a shuttle bus provided by GSA Sovere Sci, which will take them directly back to Parco Silvestri for dinner.
