On Saturday, October 11th, at 8:30 p.m., at the Church of Santa Maria della Neve in Pisogne, there will be a meeting entitled “Il dono dell’acqua” with Cristina Muccioli, writer, art critic, and professor of Phenomenology of Image and Cultural Anthropology at the Marangoni Institute in Milan.

The theme of the evening begins with a reflection on the deep, albeit hidden, connection between the gift and being a community. Com-munitas meant bringing gifts together, as a sign of voluntary and supportive contribution by individuals, for the benefit of all members of the city, whether small or large.

During the evening, she will be presented with the 2025 Romanino Award, a prestigious award established in 2015 to celebrate and thank figures from the worlds of culture and art who have contributed to studies on the Brescian artist Girolamo Romanino, or who, through their originality and vision, embody the innovative spirit of his pictorial work.

The evening, promoted by the Municipality of Pisogne, is part of the “EQUILIBRISMI – Parole in luce” project, supported by the Lombardy Region.
