Sapiens Festival 2021 – Meeting with Stefano Mancuso
Friday 10 September 2021 - h. 20:30
On Friday 10th September at 8:30 pm at the Parco delle Erbe Danzanti in Paratico, the Sapiens Festival 2021 opens with Stefano Mancuso, with Plant Revolution: plants have already invented our future.
Crowned “world changer” by the New York Times, Mancuso is a professor at the University of Florence where he founded the international laboratory of plant neurobiology. At the festival, the scientist will take the public on a journey into plant society, a society that has learned the art of resistance, survival, and coexistence.
To accompany the premiere of Sapiens Festival, there will be a workshop for children among plants, leaves and flowers, at 2.30 pm at the Taxodi Park in Paratico.
Admission is free with reservations required on the website www.sapiensfestival.it/ospiti.
