Il Cortile is a lovely studio located in the historical centre of Clusane, a charming little village on Lake Iseo. You are basically a stone’s throw from the lake front (300 metres). Nestled in a characteristic “corte” (italian courtyard), the place is perfect for those who love tranqullity but do not want to miss the comforts of a centrally located apartment, just a few meters away from shopping facilities. You will find a minimarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a newsagent and a few cafes and restaurants.
The apartment consists of a 50 mq open-space located on the ground floor, with its own independent entrance. It has been recently refurbished, thus making it easily accessible, and can accomodate up to four people. The studio is equipped with a kitchen with a four-gas hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, a complete set of cutlery, plates, glasses for water and wine and a set of pots for all types of needs. There is a living area with a flat-screen TV with and a dinning table, French double bed, a double sofa bed and a large wardrobe. Household cleaning set, iron and ironing board, first-aid kit and fire extinguisher are also provided. There is also a laundry where you can wash and hang clothes. The Wi-Fi connection is excellent, making smart working easy.
Right outside your door you will find a pot with some aromatic plants like basil, rosemary, sage and mint that you can use to cook some nice and flavoured meals.
We leave at your disposal all the basic ingredients for you to enjoy a nice breakfast with fresh bread and fragrant croissants every morning.
A comfortable parking space is provided, as well as a couple of bycicles that you can use to have a ride through the typical landscape of hills and lake, fully enjoying its natural beauty.
