The residence is very spacious and bright, far from roads and noise, and is located just over 100 meters from the waterfront, reachable in an instant. The apartment has 3 beds, with a double bed and a sofa bed. Everything is equipped with a parking space and a covered garage for small vehicles.
The Space
The apartment is rented, as shown in the photographs, complete with all appliances, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and furnished with crockery, towels, and a welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel. There is also a fire extinguisher and a carbon monoxide detector, as required by current regulations. The furnishings are all new and of high quality, with designer pieces uncommon in rental properties, therefore we ask for proper care during your stay. Both in the bedroom and living room there are spacious 50-inch plasma smartTVs.
