A charming studio apartment located in a small complex but featuring a private entrance and private parking. It comprises a kitchen area, a fold-down double bed, a bathroom, and an anteroom.
The interior is modern and comfortable, featuring a sofa bed, a round table, and all necessary furnishings. The private garden offers space to store e-bikes, bicycles, or scooters. Nestled within the Torbiere del Sebino nature reserve, the apartment is situated in the camping area, close to swimming facilities (with which we have a partnership), a picnic area, a playground, and courts for five-a-side soccer, basketball, volleyball, and tennis.
You can explore numerous cycling paths, starting with the “Yellow Route” right outside the door, take a walk to the historic center to visit local attractions, or catch the ferry to Monte Isola, Italy’s largest lake island. Additionally, you can dine at nearby restaurants (within 200 meters) and enjoy local specialties.
