Inside a panoramic ‘Residence by the Lake’, a cozy two-room apartment on the ground floor with an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs where you can have lunch and spend pleasant moments outdoors.
The flat has a kitchen with appliances, crockery, glasses, and tablecloths. Table with chairs, TV cabinet, hallway wardrobe, bedroom with wardrobe and bedside tables, a double bed, and a bunk bed. Bathroom with bath/shower. Air conditioning in the heat pump. At guests’ disposal are TV, minibar, hoover, complete bed changes, phone, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee making. The Residence is characterized by the large swimming pool with access to the wonderful communal garden directly on the lake. Outside there is ample free parking.
