Holiday Home in Sinchignano
The house overlooks the western side of the island. It is located directly opposite the bus stop, the only motorized means of transport allowed on the island. The house is spread over two bedrooms, with both double and single beds.
The master bedroom offers beautiful lake views and features a King-size bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The living room features two spacious sofas, including a chaise longue, as well as a minibar. There is also a Smart TV and Wi-Fi for relaxing evenings indoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer and four gas burners. The dining table seats four and can be extended to accommodate up to six guests.
The main bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and washing machine. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink. In addition to the Welcome Kit, you will find towels in various sizes, blankets, pillows, bed linen and duvets available for your stay.
Outside, the house features a large patio with a table seating up to six people, as well as a terraced garden equipped with outdoor accessories. No noise (apart from the occasional scooters used by local residents), no traffic pollution, no stress.
As soon as you get off the bus, which stops right in front of the complex, simply walk down approximately 30 steps. You will find the short pathway leading to the house on your left. The entire property is exclusively at your disposal.
